PB&J Smoothie (Dairy and gluten free)

This smoothie tastes like a milkshake to me. It is thick and so creamy, but it has ingredients that allow you to drink it for dinner on a hot night. The raspberries and strawberries work beautifully together with the peanut butter to create a nutty, yet light and fruity smoothie. Make it for a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it is versatile! Enjoy!

Serves: 3
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup Alternative milk (I used cashew)
1 cup Soy yoghurt (I used ‘Silk’ vanilla)
½ cup NOT frozen raspberries
½ cup Creamy peanut butter
2 cups Frozen strawberries

Directions:

Step 1:    In a blender, combine the alternative milk, soy yoghurt, and raspberries.
Step 2:    Blend until smooth.
Step 3:    Add the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
