This shake has ingredients as healthy as a smoothie, but when you blend them together, it tastes like a shake. Actually, it reminded me of a peanut moo’d from Jamba Juice. The chocolate is optional, but it adds a good flavor and a really nice color. 🙂 (You can drop the milk by about a cup for ‘ice cream’)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
|2 cups||Any nondairy milk (I like cashew milk because of the creaminess)|
|5 tablespoons||Peanut butter|
|2 each||Frozen bananas|
|2 tablespoons||Chocolate soy protein powder (Or whey, brown rice, pea, etc) (Optional)|
|3 tablespoons||Cocoa powder|
|10 each||Ice cubes|
|1 cup||Tightly packed greens|
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in the blender.
Step 2: Blend until smooth and silky.
