Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake (Dairy and gluten free)

This shake has ingredients as healthy as a smoothie, but when you blend them together, it tastes like a shake. Actually, it reminded me of a peanut moo’d from Jamba Juice. The chocolate is optional, but it adds a good flavor and a really nice color. 🙂  (You can drop the milk by about a cup for ‘ice cream’)


Serves: 3
Prep Time: 10 minutes


2 cups Any nondairy milk (I like cashew milk because of the creaminess)
5 tablespoons Peanut butter
2 each Frozen bananas
2 tablespoons Chocolate soy protein powder (Or whey, brown rice, pea, etc) (Optional)
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
10 each Ice cubes
1 cup Tightly packed greens



Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in the blender.
Step 2: Blend until smooth and silky.

    5 tablespoons of pb, 2 cups of milk, 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of greens, 10 ice cubes, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of protein powder!

      I have seen it in the nutrition section. You can also use vanilla or unflavored, the chocolate flavor comes from the cocoa!
