Smoothies are really cool! You can load them with fruits and veggies and they just taste like a slightly sweet drink! In this ‘green’ smoothie you can’t taste the kale or spinach, only fruity yuminess! You need only a few simple ingredients and a high speed blender to make this your favorite daily snack! Toss the ingredients into the blender, blend, and enjoy!
Note: Home grown fresh kale is best, but store bought works too!
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
|1 ½ cups||Nondairy milk|
|½ cup||Firmly packed kale|
|1 cup||Firmly packed spinach|
|1 cup||Frozen mango chunks|
|1 cup||Frozen peach chunks|
|1 cup||Frozen pineapple chunks|
Step 1: Go out to your garden and harvest any produce you can use in this recipe. Fresh is always best!
Step 2: Pour the rice milk and applesauce into your blender. Throw in the kale and spinach. Next add all the fruits.
Step 3: Turn your blender on low and slowly increase it to high until your incredible smoothie is smooth!
Step 4: Enjoy!!!
